Team size, time, earnings

Many people ask me...what size your team should be? How much money do you make? How much time do you invest?
Well is not actualy about the size of the team, is not about how much money and for sure not about the time! YES I know it does not make a lot of sens, but lets see:
Team size: at the begining i was thinging is matter a lot, so i invested and shortly i had a team of over 1000 people. Did it help? Not realy, so i change my approach. It is very important the quality of the team. So i started to concentrate more in understanding what is important for me team members, how i may help them. So i started build relationship with me team, very quick the results follow, more and more team members started to be active and follow the exemple. Now with a team of about 1100, so just 100 more i earn more as those 100 are working.
How much? Well again it dependes! There are months when it is easy to sale, christmas, ester period, in the end is a goods sales business so we do follow the same rules as the other shops. Again it depends what you do, i have many offline customers that order direct to me so i earn even more as i do have a wholesaler discount as i buy in bulk and sale by the unit so just there i have an extra 15-20%. also because some of me team members follow this the buy more generating more commision volume, so again increase in my money...

Now last but not least, TIME? How much, i do allocate 15min every day for my business just for the mandatory to do list that brings in the free VP. Other way i do take care of the orders over the weekend, makeing my orders, stocks and accounts. So during the weekend about 2 to 4 hours.
I do go to shows, a small investment in the renting of the space and the banners that i got but the result is amazing selling about 75% of the stock, registering over 30 psa and over 40 customers to triple clicks. On an avarage i go to 1 show every 2-3 months. And that takes up to 48hours of work.
Now lets do the math:
Every day: 15 min*365= 91.25 hours ( that is 91 hours and 15 minutes)
Weekend work= 150hours
Shows and others= 192hours
Total= 433.25/year
Avarage work= 1 hour and 10 minutes/ day
I will take my worst income over a year and i can make out that the hourly pay is over 67$.

Now if i will put double the time i will take double the money... Not neccesarly... But i can say that i put the same time and the pay check increase so you get your conclusion, if any i think of reducing it now :d
